1) Terms of Use

1.1 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using IDRoblox.com (“Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1.2 Who we are

IDRoblox.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a content and tools site that indexes numeric Roblox Asset IDs and provides guidance for Roblox users.

1.3 Non-affiliation & brand notice

Roblox, the Roblox logo, and all related marks and assets are the property of Roblox Corporation or their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox. Our listings reference numeric IDs and link to official asset pages on Roblox.

1.4 Content scope & limitations

  • We index numeric IDs (e.g., for images/decals/photos/pictures; sing, song, audio; codes).
  • We do not re-upload, host, mirror, or stream third-party audio or image files.
  • Availability of IDs may change (e.g., private, muted, removed). We provide “Last verified” timestamps where possible, but we cannot guarantee that any ID will function in every experience or region.

1.5 Your license to use the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, bulk-download, or republish our databases without written permission.

1.6 User submissions (“Submit an ID” / reports / comments)

If you submit an ID, title, description, tags, or feedback (“User Content”):

  • You represent and warrant you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, index, and adapt the User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Site.
  • We may edit, moderate, or remove submissions at our discretion (e.g., spam, illegal, defamatory, or inaccurate content).

1.7 Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or third-party right (including IP rights and privacy).
  • Misrepresent asset ownership or submit unlawful content.
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls, probe or scan systems, or disrupt the Site.
  • Bulk-harvest, scrape, or re-publish our listings or metadata without authorization.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with Roblox.

1.8 Third-party links & services

Our pages link to Roblox assets and may embed third-party services (e.g., analytics, ads). We are not responsible for third-party websites or their policies.

1.9 Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY ID WILL ALWAYS WORK OR REMAIN PUBLIC/UNMUTED.

1.10 Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 (OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY LAW).

1.11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDRoblox.com and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

1.12 DMCA / copyright complaints

Rights holders may send valid DMCA takedown requests to [email protected] (or via /dmca/), including: identification of the copyrighted work, the asset link/ID, contact details, good-faith statement, and electronic signature. We review and honor legitimate notices promptly.

1.13 Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, those rights are not affected.

1.14 Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective date” and, where appropriate, by reasonable notice on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

2) Privacy Policy

2.1 Overview

We aim to collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Site, respond to inquiries, improve quality, protect security, and comply with the law.

We do not require an account for basic site use.

2.3 How we use data

  • Operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
  • Respond to messages, submissions, and reports.
  • Improve search, filters, and verification processes.
  • Measure performance and detect abuse or fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., DMCA processing).

2.4 Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases include: legitimate interests (site operations, security, improvements), consent (non-essential cookies/ads), contract (responding to your requests), and legal obligation (record-keeping, DMCA).

2.5 Cookies & analytics

  • California/CPRA: you may request disclosures about categories of personal information, request deletion, and opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information as defined by CPRA.

2.14 Changes to this Privacy Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted here with a new Effective date.
